Filter types we install

Every commercial filter type, across every MERV rating.

From standard pleated panel filters to surgical-suite HEPA, every form factor your facility specifies.

MERV 8

Standard for typical office buildings, retail, and commercial spaces. Captures pollen, dust, and standard particulate. Most cost-effective for low-occupancy offices and warehouse environments.

MERV 11

Common for higher-traffic commercial spaces, multi-tenant buildings, and offices in dust-heavy markets. Captures particles down to 1.0 microns including dust mites and mold spores.

MERV 13

ASHRAE-recommended minimum for healthcare facilities and LEED-pursuing buildings. Captures particles down to 0.3 microns including bacteria, smoke, and most virus carriers.

MERV 14+ & HEPA

For surgical suites, cleanrooms, and laboratories. HEPA captures 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns. Scan-test certificates provided for ASHRAE 170 healthcare environments.

Bag & Box Filters

Heavy-duty filtration for industrial and high-velocity applications. Custom sizes accommodated. Common in distribution warehouses, manufacturing floors, and large air handlers.

Specialty Filters

Paint-booth filters, dust-collector filters, V-bank healthcare finals, and custom non-standard sizes. If your equipment specs it, we source it.

How our service works

Five steps from contract to first visit.

1. Site walk & spec

We visit your facility (or use your existing equipment list) to confirm filter sizes per air handler, MERV ratings required, and any compliance documentation needs. No charge for the site walk on accounts above 5 buildings.

2. Service plan & quote

You receive a quote within one business day with cadence, filter products, scope, and monthly cost. No long-term contract required — month-to-month with 30-day cancellation is standard.

3. 24-hour portal onboarding

After signature, your customer portal goes live within 24 hours. Your team logs in to see the schedule, every facility, and gets ready for first visit.

4. Pre-visit confirmation

Three business days before each scheduled visit, you receive an email with the date, time window, and technician name. One click to reschedule or skip — no phone tag.

5. Visit + photo documentation

The technician arrives, replaces filters, photographs each air handler before and after, and posts the visit to your portal the same day. Your downloadable PDF service report is emailed within hours.

6. Monthly service summary

On the 1st of every month, your team receives a one-page summary across all your facilities — visits completed, filters installed, service requests resolved. Ready to forward to compliance or ownership.

Brands we install

Every major commercial filter manufacturer.

If your facility specs a particular brand, we source it.
